한솔홀딩스 및 계열사 그룹의 연초 비전·목표 공유를 위한 액자 제작 프로젝트는, 그룹 전체의 조직문화와 목표 의식을 시각적으로 강화하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었습니다. 각 계열사로부터 전달받은 연간 비전과 핵심 목표 문구를 바탕으로, 이를 오피스 환경에 어울리는 디자인 오브제로 구현하는 데 초점을 맞췄습니다. 단순한 인테리어 소품이 아닌 ‘조직의 방향성을 매일 눈앞에서 상기시킬 수 있는 상징물’로서 기획되었으며, 비전 공유와 소속감 강화를 동시에 달성하는 것을 목표로 했습니다.

제작 과정에서는 각 계열사별로 상이한 디자인 니즈와 공간 조건을 고려해, 표준 액자 규격(사이즈, 소재, 마감)을 우선 확정한 후 대형·중형 등 규모별 맞춤 제작을 진행했습니다. 인쇄 선명도, 재질감, 내구성 등 품질 요소를 우선 검토하여 장기 전시 환경에서도 변색이나 변형이 발생하지 않도록 자재를 선정했습니다. 액자 전문 제작업체와 협업하여 단가, 납기, 품질 기준을 세밀하게 관리했고, 유리 파손 방지를 위해 완충 포장과 프레임 보호 구조를 별도로 설계했습니다. 각 계열사별 일정에 맞춰 납품 순서를 조정하며, 본사 및 주요 계열사 현장으로 순차 출고를 진행했습니다.

프로젝트 완료 후, 모든 액자는 각 사무공간 내에 비전 보드 형태로 설치되어 연간 목표를 상시적으로 공유할 수 있는 구조로 운영되었습니다. 그룹 내에서는 해당 액자가 단순한 장식이 아닌 ‘조직의 방향성을 상징하는 시각적 장치’로 인식되었고, 임직원 대상 피드백에서도 긍정적인 반응을 얻었습니다. 안정적인 품질과 일정 준수를 통해 매년 연속 발주가 이어졌으며, 고객사의 만족도가 높아 장기적인 협력관계가 유지되고 있습니다. 이번 프로젝트를 통해 기업 비전물 제작의 표준 공정과 납품 관리 프로세스를 체계화할 수 있었고, 향후 유사한 기업 문화 프로젝트에 참고 가능한 내부 제작 가이드라인으로 정리되었습니다.
